The technology used in the MIcracró CCT allows apply chrome in horizontal steel bars of unlimited length and a fully automatically.
With this method we got a great concentricity accuracy, consistency and quantity of chromium deposit.
The method of used in the Micracró Continuous Chrome Technology consists of 3 phases:
- Milling, threading, drilling and screwing the ends of the rods, which enables the union between bars.
- The Chromium plated is carried out continuously moving the bar through a series of sealed mini-tanks.
- The finish came with a final polishing.
The process provides many advantages over the traditional method, including an improvement in the quality and the environment.
